Certification Process

Step 1: Becoming a Flight Reviewer

This training is mandatory for all prospective Flight Reviewers.

To begin, please fill out the Affiliation Request Form to request access to and complete the RPAS Centre Flight Review Training Course.

Step 2: Pass the Transport Canada Flight Reviewer Exam

Take and pass the official Transport Canada Flight Reviewer Exam to demonstrate your theoretical knowledge. If you’ve taken and passed the exam already, proceed to step 3.

Drone Management Portal

Step 3: Earn and Maintain Certificate

Submit your RPAS Centre Flight Reviewer training certificate and proof of Transport Canada Flight Reviewer exam completion (TP15395) to begin the affiliation process and officially join the RPAS Centre Flight Reviewer Network.
